Dream Factory — Brand Identity & Positioning
Dream Factory is an experiential marketing agency and part of Dreamers, one of Brazil’s largest communication groups. As the agency and the scale of its projects continued to grow, its visual identity no longer reflected the strength, relevance, and ambition of the business. I proposed a complete evolution of the brand identity and positioning to the agency’s leadership and the group’s partners.
The new logo was inspired by the original mark, preserving a connection to the agency’s history while introducing an entirely new visual language and contemporary aesthetic. In collaboration with a visual artist, we also created a series of illustrations representing the diverse communities, cultures, and audiences brought together through Dream Factory’s projects. The illustrations transformed the brand’s positioning into a vibrant visual narrative.
The new identity was designed as a flexible and expressive system, implemented across digital platforms, environmental graphics, uniforms, and video. The result was a more distinctive and cohesive brand—one that reflected Dream Factory’s growth and the scale of the experiences it creates.
